Services in Prototyping and Product Design

CNC Prototype Parts

CNC machining will not only give you more realistic performance as it's in the correct material, and is more accurate than traditional SLA technologies.

Plastics Moulding and Tooling can machine plastic or metal prototypes from your 2D or 3D CAD data.

We can machine parts up to 1050 x 550 x 460 mm and can “fabricate” and assemble to provide a larger part.

Product Design

From consumer products to specialized electrical, medical or engineering applications, we have a network of designers that can assist you.

We also have in-house design capabilities with Solid Works software, with over 30 years of product design experience to evaluate or progress your design ideas.

Project Management

From just managing your tooling and Moulding needs to complete product assembly and packaging, we will ensure that all you have to worry about is a single Australian point of contact.
